Earlier this week we went live with WiseAgent’s new redesigned look to give improved feel and function. You will now see one, interactive menu bar across the top of every page with drop down menus. There has been a lot of positive feedback, and we hope you’re liking the new look!
Of course, many of you had questions about it, too. One of the most frequently asked questions this week was:
How do I send an email to multiple clients?
The Email Clients page is still there – here’s how to find it:
Once logged into your account, look for the menu bar across the top.
Click on Email (click the word itself)
That’s it! You’re ready to create and send your email.
If you ever have any questions, don’t get frustrated! Click the Contact Us button (located under the “Help” drop-down menu) and a member of our All-Star Customer Support Team will contact you shortly.
We recently told you about our latest release – the redesign of your Wise Agent account. We hope you’re finding the transition is easy and you’re starting to get used to how quick it is to navigate the system now.
As a part of that update, we’ve also added a few more options just for you – taking customization a step further. These fun options give you even more control of your experience on Wise Agent.
To check it out, follow these steps:
Login to your account. Mouse over the Profile button, and click on Settings from the drop-down menu.
Scroll down to the very bottom, look for “Wise Agent Theme”
There you can select a different theme color, and click the Save button.
If you are one of those members that was attached to our three rows of buttons and don’t want to use the new single line drop down menu, we made it easy for you, too. The very last option on the Settings page allows you to switch menu styles and go back to the original “3 rows of buttons.”
In an effort to answer demand and improve your experience on WiseAgent, we have updated our look. WiseAgent has been redesigned to give it improved feel and function. Instead of three rows of buttons at the top of every page, there is now just one. You’ll notice familiar functions when you mouse over each of the menu items across the top – we haven’t removed any of the functionality you’ve become accustomed to.
We are confident that you will find it easier and faster to navigate throughout Wise Agent with the new updates. So contact us with your feedback! As always, we love to hear from you.
P.S. We have added some fun new settings to give you more control over your experience. Stay tuned later this week for more details on our rejuvenated look.

Never miss another important appointment. Did you know that you can set up reminders for your appointments? You can have them go to your email address or text message your phone, or both! To get started, click the Profile button. Make sure that your email address is entered correctly. If you want to set up text message alerts, you will want to enter your cell email as well. Your cell email is your 10-digit cell phone number, the “@” symbol, followed by an extension that depends on your cell phone provider. For example, if you have Verizon service, your cell email might be email@example.com. Make sure to Save any changes you make to your Profile.
Now you’re ready to schedule your appointment and alert! Here’s how:
1. Click on the day the event is scheduled for and fill in the time, etc. You can choose if it is recurring or not as well.
2. Look for the “Send an Alert” section and check the box in front of it.
3. You can then type over the “15″ minutes and change it to whenever you want to be reminded (5 mins? 30 mins? 1 day? whenever)
4. Just below that, select your email or cell email to send it to.
5. Don’t forget that this based off your personal computer’s time! Check to make sure it is current before you set up to send.
6. Type the details of the appointment and hit Save
It’s that easy! If you have any questions, you can always hit the Contact Us button.
