We get it – you’re busy, and no one can remember everything.  Our members have always appreciated receiving email and text alerts to remind them of the appointments scheduled on their Wise Agent day planner.  We are excited to announce another useful tool that was included with the release of our new mobile web app: you can now set text or email alerts for your Call List!  For now, this feature is exclusively on the mobile app. In the near future, it will be available on the standard version as well.

It’s easy, here’s how to give it a try:

  1. Login to your Wise Agent account from any mobile device
  2. From the Client List, choose a contact (by clicking on them) and hit “Actions” at the top
  3. Click “Schedule Call”
  4. Enter the details for your call. You can include a reason for the call if you wish.
  5. Click “Set Alert.” Select a time, and which email / cell email you want the alert sent to, hit Save and that’s it!
