Your favorite Real Estate CRM, Wise Agent, is excited to announce our integration with Condo.com and Houses.com, lead generation portals for Realtors. You can now receive high-quality leads from their service right inside your contact list in Wise Agent, making it easy to manage and market to potential clients. In addition to the seamless flow of leads, Wise Agent members will receive a discount on agent advertising options and lead programs on Condo.com, Houses.com, and Property.com. With over 1.5 million visitors a month, Condo.com and Houses.com is a leading resource for qualified buyer leads.
Do you ever wonder who’s opened your emails? With Wise Agent’s MailChimp integration, that’s just one of the things you’re now able to do. This integration brings to you the great analytical tools included with a MailChimp account, right within your Wise Agent. You can still send bulk emails from Wise Agent without it, but here are some options that are now available should you choose to utilize this feature:
See who opened your emails
Track whether those recipients clicked any links within your email, or even forwarded your email to a friend
Automate unsubscribe requests and the removal of bad email addresses (email failures)
Setup is easy – just follow the steps below. You only have to complete the setup process once, and if you have any trouble, you can always reach out to our support team for help with the process.
Create a List. Click the “Lists” button at the top of the page, then “Create New List”, then follow the prompts.**NOTE: We recommend that you create one list, and then if you want to break up that list you can use Segments. More on Segments below**
Make sure to confirm your “Senders Email” (MailChimp will send you an email with a link – just follow the prompts)
Mouse over Email and click on MailChimp. Paste your API key (from step #4 above) into the space provided and click Save.
Click on Contacts to go to your Client List.
You are now going to add your contacts to MailChimp. You may choose a certain category if you wish. Click Select All to place checkmarks in front of each contacts’ name.
From the Actions drop-down menu at the top of the page, select “Add to MailChimp”.
Type in a “segment” name if desired (Note: a segment is like a category)
Click Add to List and wait until you receive a notification that it has finished adding. This may take several moments.
Repeat steps 3 – 6 for any additional groups, and that’s it!
You’re now ready to create your email “campaigns” and track your email analytics! This useful tool is completely free for a database of up to 2,000 email addresses, as long as you plan to send less than 12,000 emails a month. There are also paid versions for larger databases, check MailChimp’s pricing for details.

Wise Agent is excited to announce our new integration with Contactually – helping you “gain more customers by building a relationship network.” Merge all your connections with friends, followers, and more, then have those contacts automatically sync to your Wise Agent account. The integration will also help you manage the history you have built with your contacts, whether from Facebook or Twitter messages, or emails, everything will be accessible from your Wise Agent “client summary” page.
Here’s how to set up this exciting new feature:
1. First, register for your Contactually account here: http://www.contactually.com/wiseagent.
2. Once logged in, click Settings in the top right corner, then on Integrations on the left side. At the bottom of the Integrations page, click on “Connect” next to the LinkedIn, Facebook, and / or Twitter options (as desired).
3. Wait. It can take 24 to 48 hours for Contactually to combine and merge the contacts from all the different sources.
After you have given your account time to “percolate” – you’re now ready to connect it to your Wise Agent. Click here, copy the API key shown, and send it to our Customer Support Team.
That’s it! You will now have all your social media contacts within your Client List, and the messages will be available from their record as well.

New Landvoice leads will appear on your Call List, and in your Client List under special categories – LandvoiceCanceled, LandvoiceExpired, and LandvoiceFSBO. Login to your Landvoice account
Click the “My Account” link on the far right
Enter your Wise Agent username and password in the fields provided
Click Save and that’s it!
The leads will appear the next day in your Wise Agent account, and will update each night going forward.
