Your Wise Agent CRM comes chock-full of marketing content and materials you can use to keep in touch with your database.  One of the easiest ways to get your name and face in front of your contacts on a regular basis is to take advantage of our Monthly Newsletter.  It’s created for you each month, so you can send it as is or customize it however you would like.

Here are the step-by-step instructions for sending the newsletter in the body of your email:

1. From the top row of buttons, click Marketing > Newsletters
2. Find the appropriate month and click the “custom” link to the right. Select your designations, hit Continue, then hit Continue again.
3. Click the “Add to my Newsletters” button
4. From the top row of buttons, click Email > Email Contacts
5. Enter your subject, salutation, and name format. Click in the big blank box (where the body of the email would go)
6. Look to the top left of the page, for the “Newsletters” drop-down menu. Select the newsletter from that menu. It will populate the body of your email.
7. Select the clients you want to send to, click Send and that’s it!
