To get the Lead Capture HTML form:
  1. Log into your Wise Agent account, mouse over “Marketing” at the top, and click on Capture Forms from the drop-down
  2. Next, click the “Add New” tab. Fill out the “Lead Capture Form” and click Save.
  3. Now you can edit the Fields or Design using the tabs at the top of the page. Make sure to Save each section you make changes to.
  4. Finally, click the Saved Forms tab at the top and there you will see the link to download. The HTML code will open up which can be copied and pasted to any page on your website.
