What does a real estate accounting tool do?

You can now create new entries for any and all of your expenses and income. There is even the option to choose which line-item category the entry would fall under. This way, you will always know what you spent, on what, and when you made that transaction. Wise Agent will also create a report of all the entries that were entered over a period of time to make filing your taxes as easy as can be.

Another feature of this tool is the mileage report. You can now capture the number of miles that you traveled for work over a period of time. This will also populate into a report directly in your Wise Agent.

How do I access this tool?

To access the real estate accounting tool, simply login to your Wise Agent and click on “Tools” from the top menu. From there, click on the “Accounting” tab. This will bring up the tool which will allow you to begin inputting your financial information.
